Talk by Impeachment Expert Dr. Bob Bowman

Julie Enslow of Peace Action says Dr. Bowman is considered one of the best speakers in the country.  Bowman stated, “We must take back America from the corporate interests.  Our immediate goals are to prevent a war on Iran, end the occupation of Iraq, and start impeachment proceedings against President Bush and Vice President Cheney.” Bowman, a Vietnam veteran, was Director of Advanced Space Programs Development during the Carter presidency.  President Reagan took this program and turned it into his offensive “Star Wars” program.  Bowman then retired from the military and became an early and open critic of Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI).  On the McNeil-Lehrer News Hour he called SDI “…the ultimate military lunacy, easily overwhelmed and vulnerable.”  He will be speaking Tuesday night for FREE at Friends Meeting House in Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood.
